Golden Acorn Academy Preschool has put in place a top quality academic curriculum and added a broad range of enrichment instruction so that students enjoy a fully rounded learning experience. Our students wear uniforms to build school pride and discipline, and we encourage independence and the sense of achievement that comes with learning new life skills. We offer all this through the filter of play as much as possible. We want to send our students to Elementary school with healthy bodies, confident and enquiring minds, and dispositions that are ready for all the world has to offer.

We anchor our academics with Funshine Express to which we add age-specific curricula like Handwriting Without Tears for our Pre-K group, and a variety of Carson Dellosa modules for all ages. We include weekly instruction in our proprietary Spanish Through Music curriculum which includes Boca Beth, as well as weekly instruction in Chinese Made Easy for Kids, Signing Times American Sign Language, P.E. with Southern Soccer, Yoga with Laurie Berkner, etiquette with Etiquette Factory and good manners with Manners To Go. All this is in addition to the music, art and crafts projects taking place in the classroom. It’s a full day!
